Modesto Boundary Lines - We service the entire city of Modesto. Starting from West Modesto, Bret Harte near Whitmore Ave. and S. Carpenter Rd. and all of Bystom, CA. From here head Northeast towards Modesto City Airport River Rd., Mitchell Rd. and Finch Rd. Yosemite Blvd. is close by also known as California State Route 132 heading north on Claus Rd. past Milnes Rd. all the way to Mary Grogan Community Park near Sylvan and Roselle Ave. From there we head West down Claratina Ave. past Oakdale Rd. and keep going past McHenry Ave. also known as California State Route 108. Crossing McHenry Ave. Claratina Ave. changes to Pelandale Ave., keep heading West on Pelandale Ave. and if you take a right on Tully Rd. you’ll run into Bangs Ave. and a little further north you will run into Kiernan Ave. also known as California State Route 219. You take that all the way out to Sisk Rd. and begin heading South, along California State Route 99. Here you will see Modesto Junio College. Shoemaker Ave. is close by, keep heading South to Blue Gum Ave. then Woodland Ave. keep going to Maze Blvd. also known as California State Route 132. A little further South we have Paradise Rd., Crows Landing Rd. and eventually we run back into Whitmore Ave., this is the city of Modesto.

Vintage Fair Mall is by Vintage Commons. Another area of Modesto is Sherwood Forest, King Arthur’s Camelot, Sherwood Manor South, Mills Gardens and Montgomery Village Part.


Ripon Boundary Lines - Some Ripon boundary lines are Diamond Way, E. Clinton South Ave., W. River Rd., Jack Tone Rd. and N. Highland Ave. We then move South to California State Route 99 and we find N. Jack Tone Rd., Canal Blvd., W. Main St., E. West Ripon Rd., Lan Park, S. Morris Rd, S. Moffet Rd. and Jack Tone Golf Course. Next is Doak Blvd that turns into S. Stockton Ave., E. 4th St. back over highway 99 to Reynolds Ave., Mavis Stouffer Park, N. Manley Rd. near Spring Creek Gold & Country Club. We are near E. Milgeo Ave., S. Murphy Rd., N. Manley Rd., N. Ripon Rd. which puts near where we started, Diamond Way.


Ripon Landmarks - Some notable landmarks in or near Ripon, California are, Mistlin Sports Park, Mavis Stouffer Park, Curt Pernice Skate Park, Army Corps Park Ripon River, Lucca Winery and McHenry Recreation Area.

Riverbank Boundary Lines - Starting with River Cove Dr. near Jacob Myers Park heading West we have Park Ridge Dr. and Oakdale Rd. Moving South,we have Candelwood Pl., Chipponeri Rd. then we cross Patter Rd also known as California State Route 108. On the other side we have Silverrock Rd., Morrill Rd. and Claribel Rd. From here we East on Claribel Rd. crossing Roselle Ave. just past Terminal Ave. towards Clause Rd. Take Clause Rd. to Kentucky Ave. and make a right then a left on Snedigar Rd. another left onto Santa Fe St heading West towards 8th St. and make a right. This will take you into highway 108 near River Cove Dr. This is the boundary lines for the city of Riverbank.


Riverbank Landmaks - Riverbank is known as the “City of Action”. Each year Riverbank plays host to the Cheese & Wine Exposition. BNSF Railway has a mailline that runs through Riverbank, CA the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway locomotives are located in Riverbank.


Salida Boundary Lines - The boundary lines for the city of Salida are, Stoddard Ave., Sisk Rd., Pirrone Rd., Ciccarelli Rd. towards Hammett Rd. We then run into Bacon Rd. cross over California State Route 99 to Pelandale Ave., Dale Rd. and Bangs Ave. and California State Route 219 also known as Kiernan Ave. Some of the landmarks are Modesto Christian School, Caswell Memorial State Park, Mavis Stouffer Park and Funworks Modesto.


Salida Neighborhoods - We have 11 neighborhoods in Salida, California. They are, Glenwood, Morgan Glen Estates, Murphy’s Ferry, Vella Estates, Vintner Estates, Vizcaya, Kiernan Estates, Kiernan West, Sunnybrook Village, Sun Ridge West and West Salida.


Salida Landmarks - Nearby is Caswell Memorial State Park and Funworks. The Central Pacific Railroad established a railroad station here with the Spanish name of Salida, which means exit.


Turlock Boundary Lines - The city of Turlock begins with California State Route 99 and W. Taylor Rd., head East towards N. Quincy Rd. and make a right to E. Tuolumne Rd. From here you will head towards N. Walnut Rd. drive South towards E. Hawkeye Ave. then make a left drive a short distance and make a left onto N. Daubenberger rd. head South until you get to East Ave. From here head West on East Ave. towards S. Berkeley Ave, wiggle your way to S. Golden State Blvd., drive down W. F street towards Lander Ave., this will take you into California State Route 99. Cross over Highway 99 on Linwood Ave. keep drive past S. Tegener Rd. until you get to S. Washington Rd., from here head North towards Fulkerth Rd. keep driving past W. Monte Vista Ave. until you get to W. Taylor Rd., this is the boundary line for the city of Ceres.


Turlock Neighborhoods - Neighborhoods in Turlock are, Claremont Meadows, Sun Ridge South, Legends North, Ventana, Promenade, Sterling Oaks South and Sterling Oaks North. We then move South to Autumn Brook, Dewar Estates, Cottage Park, Countryside Estates, Countryside West and Aspenwood. A little further South is laurel Park, Venture Park, Eight Avenue Park, Big Sky Village, Reich Estate South, Glenwood Park Linwood Estates, Viera Estates and Reich Ranch Estates. Moving North we have Pinecrest Estates Sunny View Berkeley Gardens Fairvale Manor, Wallace Gardens, Broadway Terrace, Donnelly Park Estates, Glengarden, Philips Park, La Mesa park and Walnut Forest. Still moving North, we have, Silverado Heights, Bristol Park, Kensington Estates, Arbor Estates North, Cummings Estates, Elizabeth Court, Anderson Estates, Alpine Estates, Ashley Estates, Milestone and Ventana.

Oakdale Boundary Lines - We service the entire city of Oakdale. We have California State Route 108 and California State Route 120 which runs through the city of Oakdale. Just North of the Stanislaus river we have River Oak Grace Community Church, coming back into town heading South crossing the Stanislaus river we are on N. Yosemite Blvd. heading into Oakdale. We move through the major intersection of highway 108 and highway 120. Heading West on highway 108 we pass Oak Valley Hospital, make a left onto Claus Rd., drive a short distance make another left onto Greger St. We’re now heading East running into Red Park, Greger Basin and eventually into S. Yosemite Blvd. also known as J14. If you take a right, you’ll be heading South on Yosemite Blvd. which changes name to Albers Rd. As the crow fly if you head East, you’ll cross Post Rd., Townhill Rd. and eventually we come to S. Stearns Rd., heading North we run into Oakdale Golf and Country Club.


Oakdale Landmarks - The City of Oakdale is the Cowboy Capital of the World. The Cowboy Museum 355 E. F St. Oakdale, Oakdale Museum & History Center 212 W. F St. Oakdale, Dorado Park 600 N. 2nd Ave. Oakdale, Jacob Myers Park 23655 S. Santa Fe Rd. Riverbank 95367.


Oakdale Neighborhoods - In the city of Oakdale, the neighborhoods are Mountain View, Cavallo At Bridle Ridge Village, Bridal Ridge Stonehaven, The Vineyard, Vinewood Estates and Oakview Estates. Then we have Fairview Manor, Arana, Smithwood Estates and Downtown Oakdale. Next are Pedersen Court, Arboles, Thomas Estates, Sterling Hills, Deo Gloria Estates, Deerfield, Fairway, Country Club Heights, Hunter Ranch Estates, Hunter Hills Almond Wood Estates, Mallard Creek Valley Oak View, Hillsborough Estates, Wood River Estates, Sunset Oaks, Stanislaus River Estates and Scenic oak Estates. Manteca Boundary Lines - The Southern edge of Manteca is along the San Joaquin River, near Airport Way, near Durham Ferry State Recreation Area and Caswell Memorial Park. Division Rd. is close by and changes into Manteca Rd., make a right onto Melton Rd. and a left onto Austin Rd. Cross California State Route 99 and make a right onto Graves Rd. and a left onto S. Jack Tone Rd, if you drive into Mariposa Rd. you’ve gone too far. Find French Camp Rd., it will cross S. Austin Rd., highway 99, Union Rd., S. Airport Way. Take S. Airport Way back into town, crossing Roth Rd. passing 5.11 Tactical, passing W. Lathrop Rd., W. Louise Rd. and you’ll run into W. Yosemite Ave. Keep going past highway 120, this is the West side of Manteca, here we have Oakwood Lake, W. Woodward Ave and Turtle Beach RV Resort and the San Joaquin River were we started.


Manteca Landmarks - We have the Manteca Water Tower, Casino Real Card Room, Woodward Community Park, Antigua Park, Shasta Park, Water Ski Lake, Mossdale Crossing Regional Park, Manteca Tidewater Bikeway, Manuel Valverde Park and Manteca Historical Society.


Patterson Boundary Lines - The city boundary lines for Patterson are, Sycamore Ave., Eucalyptus Ave., California State Route 33, Ward Ave., Swan Dr., Cougar Creek Dr., Samantha Creek Dr. crossing over Baldwin Rd. towards Rogers Rd. then North to Zacharias Rd. and South along California State Route 5. We run into Sperry Ave. and just past that we have Purple Flax, Fountain Grass Dr. crossing back over Ward Ave. heading East we have Elfers Rd. that leads us into highway 33. On the other side we have Almond Ave., Sycamore Ave., Orange Ave. and E. Las Palmas Ave.


Patterson Landmarks - Landmarks in Patterson are, Lake Ramona, Laird Regional Park and Frank Raines Regional park. The city of Patterson also has the Patterson Apricot Fiesta, Patterson Township Historical Society and is also known as the Apricot Capitol of the World.
